The Playground is the first pop-up store Lennart Lauren ever created. The store is made in collaboration with Droog Design from Amsterdam. Because Droog Design is located in Amsterdam, we have decited that the store also has to be there. Our perfect spot was the Gustav Mahlerplein (Zuidas).
The store is inspired on a playground, but this time for the adults. Let’s play and get inspired.
Why Playground happened
The idea behind Playground was to get more publicity and spread the name. We are designers with a lot of ambition, we are looking for more growth. Droog gave us the opportunity to work together and create an amazing pop-up store in Amsterdam.
We designed the playground for the grown-ups, the ones that love something different in their living space, office or garden.
